Recommend an Organization

We will be accepting applications for our 2010 Charity Ball beneficiary between January 1 and January 31, 2010. All submissions must be postmarked by January 31st to be considered and we will notify applicants of our selection in beginning to mid-March, 2010. Applications can be emailed to info@leve-nw.org or mailed to P.O. Box 5992, Portland, Oregon 97208.

Please submit a one-page letter of interest as well as your past and current years’ financials. We have a very thorough and rigorous process for selecting our partners, which allows our 15-member board to learn about and engage with each applicant and its work. We strongly encourage you to consider submitting an organization you believe is making an important impact in our community for consideration.
